Construction Resources is seeking an experienced Painter/Decorator to join its Merseyside planned works team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves painting and decorating across residential properties, delivering high-quality finishes as part of refurbishment and maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven painting/decorating experience in residential settings, with NVQ and CSCS card, and the ability to work independently or within a team on site in Merseyside.

Our client is a Liverpool-based building and property services company that works across the North West.

They mainly do:

Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for an experienced Painter / Decorator to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis.

The Role

The successful candidate will carry out painting and decorating works across residential properties, delivering a high-quality finish as part of planned refurbishment and maintenance works.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Painter / Decorator.
• Experience within residential, refurbishment or maintenance environments.
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional approach when working in residents' homes.
