Job summary

PiLON, part of the United Infrastructure Group, is seeking an experienced Labourer for our Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project in the Social Housing sector across South-West London and Westminster.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first on-site contact with residents, professionally introduced.
• Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day.
• Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom daily.
• Remove existing flooring as required.
• Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment.
• Protect appliances, staircases, and surroundings before works.
• Install signage and information boards on site.
• Carry out general labouring duties to support the project.
• Assist with site tidying and material handling.

• Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day
• Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
• Remove existing flooring as required
• Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment
• Ensure all appliances, staircases, and surrounding areas are adequately protected prior to works
• Install appropriate signage and information boards on site
• Carry out general labouring duties as required to support the project
