Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a hardworking general labourer for an ongoing contract on a major commercial development in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow. You will support the site team with moving materials, waste management, and maintaining clean, safe, and efficient operations on a busy construction site.

Under the Site Manager, you will assist sub-contractors, unload deliveries, keep access routes clear, and help with general manual handling and site housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a labourer on commercial construction projects.
• Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots) provided/required.
• Proactive safety-focused work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to follow strict site health and safety procedures.
• Based in or able to commute to Bishopbriggs / North Glasgow.

Working alongside an established main contractor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining site standards, supporting specialist trade teams, and ensuring daily site operations run safely and efficiently.
