Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is currently seeking a reliable CSCS Labourer for a major construction project based in Teignmouth. This role offers an immediate start with ongoing work on a busy site with a leading main contractor.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with potential overtime depending on site requirements. You will perform general labouring tasks, support skilled trades, and help keep the site clean and safe at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a labourer on a construction site.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general labouring duties across site.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople as required.
• Completing rip-out works safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading materials and filling skips.
• Maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring work areas are kept tidy.
• Following all site health & safety procedures at all times.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company on a busy and fast-paced site.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a labourer on a construction site
• Experience with rip-outs and skip loading preferred
• Strong work ethic and good reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Must be able to provide a recent and check-able work reference
