Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced Labourer for an ongoing on-site role in Houghton Regis (LU5). The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to assist trades, load/unload materials, and maintain a safe, tidy site.

You must hold a valid CSCS card and bring your own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel-toe boots). This is a hands-on position with daily site duties and a focus on safety and reliability.

• Experience as a site labourer is essential.
• Must be physically fit for heavy manual work.
• CSCS card holder required.

Salary/Rate: £16.55 per hour

Working Hours: 9 hours a day

The Role

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and physically fit Labourer to join our busy site in Houghton Regis (LU5). This is an ongoing position starting on Monday 26th.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a reliable \"mucker up\" to actively assist tradesmen on site.
• Loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials around the site.
• General site clearance, sweeping, and keeping work areas safe and tidy.
• Following site health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Good, proven experience as a site labourer is essential.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and comfortable with the heavy manual demands of the job.
• Certifications: Valid CSCS Card is required.
• Equipment: Must have your own standard PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel-toe boots).
• Attitude: Proactive, hardworking, and ready to get stuck in from day one.
