Rec2 Recruitment in the UK is seeking an experienced Labour Manager to lead their candidate generation and delivery team for Trades & Labour projects.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, coach the team, monitor KPIs, and optimise workforce supply. Salary £35,000-£45,000 with bonus and hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing delivery team to ensure client jobs are filled efficiently and on time.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from resourcing and vetting to job placement and client communication.
• Coach, train, and support team members through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, including outbound activity, compliance checks, and job fulfilment targets.
• Ensure high standards of client service with regular check-ins and prompt issue resolution.
• Optimise workforce supply, maintaining a strong pool of vetted candidates.
• Control pay rates to maximise gross margin and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to refine and implement best-in-class processes.
