CK Group are recruiting for a Laboratory Assistant to join a global leading food brand company at their site in Reading, on a 6-month contract basis.

Salary

£13.30 per hour PAYE.

Laboratory Assistant Role

Work flexibly across departments including analytical, food product development, and food manufacturing. Ensure high-quality customer service by organizing workload, maintaining data integrity, and providing timely, accurate results. Perform routine analysis, product manufacturing, and sample preparation under supervision. Use laboratory instrumentation, calibrate equipment, and produce reliable data with accurate records.

Your Background
  • Experience with software packages like LIMS, Q-Pulse is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of GLP/GMP guidelines.
  • Scientific A-levels preferred.
  • Ability to operate basic laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
