The Role

Responsibilities

1. Develop new products for the Electronic Materials market aligned with company strategy.
2. Develop and maintain application testing protocols, SOPs, and equipment maintenance.
3. Perform daily laboratory tasks as required.
4. Engage in product formulation and research of new and existing products.
5. Collaborate with internal and external customers to advance product development and implementation in PCB and other Electronic Materials segments.
6. Apply scientific knowledge to problem-solving situations.
7. Provide project updates and communicate regularly with project leaders.
8. Offer technical and customer service support when needed.
9. Ensure product compliance and uphold safety commitments.

Qualifications / Experience

• Practical experience in a relevant laboratory environment; training provided.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs (A*-C / 4+) with emphasis on science subjects; A Levels in Chemistry/Biology/Physics or related discipline preferred. Degree in a science-related field is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to devise test methods, analyze results, and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ambitious and eager to learn.
