Job Description:

As part of the development and QC team, you will assist with short and long-term technical, QC, and development projects, utilizing skills in colour matching and formulation management and development.

We will train the successful applicant in the use of extrusion, open milling, and injection moulding equipment to meet project deadlines.

We seek a highly self-motivated, creative individual with a flair for product design and a desire to develop new products.

Experience in a similar role is preferred. More important are your problem-solving attitude, keen eye for detail, and commitment to delivering top-quality results.

Being a fast learner with a proactive approach to teamwork is essential for growth and success.

An interest in science-based subjects with relevant qualifications is beneficial but not essential.
