SOCOTEC UK & Ireland's Environmental Science division is recruiting a Laboratory Technician to support independent, UKAS accredited environmental testing and analysis. You will generate accurate data, maintain equipment and quality systems, and contribute to safe, compliant laboratory operations.

The role requires a chemistry background, the ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs, and solid IT/problem-solving skills.

Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Technician to join our Environmental Science team. In this role, you'll need the confidence to work in a high-pressure laboratory environment while maintaining data quality and safety standards. A strong chemistry background is essential to thrive in this position.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
