Job summary

The University of Brighton is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Technician to join the technical team in the Department of Pharmacy and Biosciences on a 16 month fixed term contract. You will help keep laboratories clean, well-organised and fully stocked, supporting teaching, research and scientific activity within a busy university environment.

You should enjoy practical work, be reliable, and capable of working in a team, with good communication skills and a readiness to learn and undertake

Qualifications

• Has strong practical skills and is comfortable using equipment and machinery.
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment.
• Demonstrates good communication and teamwork abilities.
