Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a Laboratory Auxiliary to support lab operations at our Moreton site. You will maintain equipment and stock, assist lab technicians and managers, and ensure hazardous waste compliance. Strong attention to detail and reliable communication are essential.

The role offers a 7:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday schedule with salary around £26,103 per year, plus benefits and discounts. Previous laboratory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within a laboratory.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong IT skills.
• Good customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas, supporting lab technicians and managers with daily tasks.
• Dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with regulations and maintain consumables and solvents.
• Conduct lab glass wash and stock management, including lab coat management.
