• BSc/MSc in Plant Science, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in a molecular biology or plant science laboratory environment.
• Experience managing laboratory operations, inventory, documentation, and ordering processes.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety documentation, SOPs, risk assessments, and compliance practices.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

You will play a vital role in laboratory operations while supporting research programmes across plant molecular biology, genetic engineering, and crop trait development.

The Opportunity

You will work across laboratory operations and scientific support activities, ensuring research teams have the resources, materials, and infrastructure needed to deliver high-quality science.

You will contribute to plant molecular biology, tissue culture, and crop research programmes while maintaining efficient laboratory workflows, inventories, and documentation. Working closely with scientists across multiple projects, you'll help create a productive and collaborative research environment.

What You'll Be Doing
