Job Title: Laboratory Manager

Location: Merseyside

Hours: Monday to Friday

Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of laboratory results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment.
• Update laboratory testing methods and SOPs.
• Oversee testing methodology in the laboratory.
• Validate analytical procedures.
• Manage and order laboratory consumables.
• Supervise transfer of NPD physical parameters results from NPD to Technical.
• Follow testing protocols for samples' end-of-life and testing procedures.
• Manage external laboratory testing requests ensuring correctness.
• Handle out-of-specification results and corrections.
• Ensure staff competency and training.
• Create templates for documentation.
• Maintain Laboratory Practices.

Experience:

• Proven track record in Laboratory Management.
