Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice; valid compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Perform comprehensive assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement and plan for education, referrals, and follow-up.
• Implement: Coordinate care by directing the interdisciplinary team and managing time, supplies, and resources to follow the plan.
• Evaluate: Review patient responses and outcomes, revise the care plan as needed, and reassess.
• Professionalism: Uphold nursing standards, ethics, documentation, and compliance with licensure requirements.
