Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with active involvement of patient, family, and team; arrange education and follow-up.
• Implement care by coordinating with the care team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan of care as needed; ensure optimal clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and practice within licensure requirements and ethical standards.
