Job summary

A consultancy firm located in Tilbury Docks is seeking a Lab Technician to assist in checking moisture levels in grains ready for processing. This role offers a pay rate of £16.60 per hour with Monday to Friday rotating shifts. Training is provided, and there is an opportunity for the contract to be extended or go permanent. Candidates with previous lab tech experience or a GCSE in science are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
• A good understanding of analysis processes is advantageous.

• Work rotating shifts: Monday to Friday from 6am-2pm and 12noon-8pm.
• Training will be provided for the role.

Hours: 06:00 - 14:00 / 10:00 - 18:00 rotating on a weekly basis
Streamline is looking to fill the role of 1 X Lab Technician for a flour milling set based in Tilbury Docks. This is an immediate start opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and collaborating with other Lab Technicians to check moisture levels in grains ready for processing
• Working in rotating shifts: 6am-2pm and 12noon-8pm, Monday to Friday
• Training provided
• Opportunity for the contract role to be extended and go permanent
