Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Support Technician (Lab Systems) to provide specialist technical support for laboratory systems within a regulated GxP environment. You will diagnose and resolve issues, offering onsite and remote support while maintaining hardware/software and ensuring data integrity.

Working with Waters, Agilent, Empower and Citrix environments, you will collaborate with Quality and Validation teams and ensure changes follow approved procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated GxP environments.
• Experience with documented procedures, change controls and quality requirements.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical support for laboratory systems across global operations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues; provide onsite and remote support.
• Maintain approved hardware and software; support validation and data integrity.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal Quality and Validation teams to ensure compliant activities.
• Follow approved procedures and change controls in daily tasks.
