Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 4+ years in lab automation, robotics, or software support.
• Proficiency in C# or Python and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with onsite robotics systems and software/hardware issues.
• Manage case work, diagnose problems, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide proactive communication and build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers for troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Deploy and validate software updates and device configurations.
• Document issues, track resolutions, and contribute to process improvements.
