Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Leeds is seeking a Manager, Laboratory Systems & Data Platforms to lead the R&D applications and master data strategy. You will own ELN/LIMS and related technologies, align roadmaps with laboratory needs, and drive secure, compliant delivery across global sites.

You will partner with IT, Quality, Cybersecurity, and vendors to ensure scalable data platforms and governance. Expect up to 10% travel to project sites and labs.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in a regulated industry or 5–7 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience leading or governing multi-site applications and roadmaps.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and backlogs.
• Knowledge of GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity and risk management.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, multi-year roadmap and lifecycle strategy for lab systems and data platforms.
• Own demand intake, translate needs into business requirements, and manage backlogs.
• Lead release planning, adoption planning, training coordination and hypercare.
• Develop data storage strategy and governance for laboratory master data and storage.
• Partner with IT, Quality, Security, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
