Job summary

Abcam, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Research Associate for an on-site, full-time laboratory role in Cambridge. You will support manufacturing, assembly and QC across the Conjugation portfolio, performing ELISA tests, conjugation work, and data-driven quality checks.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree with hands-on lab experience, attention to detail, and collaboration within a team. Familiarity with ERP systems and ISO9001 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences with hands-on lab experience.
• Familiarity with GLP, COSHH, and SOPs desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems and ISO9001 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacture, assembly and QC of Conjugation, Kits and Accessories products.
• Carrying out Direct and Sandwich ELISA QC testing and related assays.
• Maintain records in Batch Manufacturing Records, notebooks and ERP system.
• Assist with data analysis, trend monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage inventory and ensure materials are stocked per requirements.
