Job summary

AHK Group Ltd is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the QMS at the laboratory, ensuring alignment with accreditation requirements and quality KPIs. The role involves close collaboration with laboratory management to deliver client service and compliance across ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 frameworks.

You will lead quality assurance initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and communicate effectively in writing and presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining a QMS for ISO 17025 and ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of UKAS accreditation requirements.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the QMS at the AHK Laboratory to meet accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with laboratory management to fulfill accreditation commitments.
• Ensure processes align with AHK management and quality KPIs.
• Lead and develop quality assurance teams.
• Communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentations.
