• Deploy in multiple environments including production servers
• Provide technical support and manage tickets; report and track resolutions
• Proactively identify improvements and collaborate with dev/test teams
• Contribute to automation and CI/CD based deployments
• Conduct system configurations for security, performance, and availability
• Assist with acceptance testing and customer liaison
• Maintain reports on applications and issues
