Job summary

Flying Colours Consultancy Limited is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer for a remote, short-term contract. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, Azure AD maintenance, SQL clustering, Veeam backups, and network infrastructure support.

The ideal candidate will have desktop support experience (3 years preferred) and hands-on expertise with Intune, SharePoint, O365/Teams, SCCM, ServiceNow, VMware, and Hyper-V. ITIL certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure.
• Maintain and administer Azure AD, SQL, backup, network and security components.
• Experience with virtualization, clustering, backup solutions, and network infrastructure.
• Desktop support experience: 3 years (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SharePoint, O365/Teams, SCCM, ServiceNow, VMware, Hyper-V.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and service requests with a focus on rapid restoration of services.
• Assist in deployment and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure and security controls.
