Job summary

Compass Lexecon LLC is seeking a proactive Coordinator to support the Learning & Development team across the Europe, Middle East and Asia region. The role involves coordinating training delivery, liaising with facilitators, and ensuring materials and intranet communications are up to date.

You will work with the L&D Manager to support core curricula, induction programmes and ad-hoc training for consulting and corporate teams. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or Training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating delivery of training courses – bookings, tracking, feedback.
• Liaising with internal and external training facilitators.
• Updating training materials to house-style standards.
• Disseminating materials via intranet and email ahead of sessions.
• Monitoring and evaluating the quality of training.
• Researching potential training providers.
• Ensuring data accuracy for reporting and providing timely insights.
• Monitoring L&D inbox and training applications, ensuring timely responses.
