This is a 6-9 month fixed-term opportunity to support the foundational phase of Scottish Friendly’s Customer Experience (CX) transformation programme. Reporting into the L&D Manager, the L&D Consultant will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning content and pathways for key Wealth processes within our Life and Wealth Team.
This role will focus on creating baseline learning content for high-volume, low-complexity processes, enabling the business to assess current capability and prepare for future transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and the L&D team to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our long-term goals.
