Job summary

CITIC CLSA is seeking a Client On-boarding/KYC support specialist to assist the Sales team with account openings and regulatory compliance. The role involves document collation, client screening, and accurate data entry across systems within a financial services environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least 3 years of experience in onboarding, KYC/CDD, or related operations, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in client onboarding, KYC/CDD, or operations in financial services.
• Strong AML/KYC knowledge and GDPR record management.
• Experience maintaining client databases and reconciling data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Collation of documents to support account opening.
• Screening of clients for regulatory compliance.
• Inputting and uploading client documents to databases.
• Maintenance of the master client list and GDPR record management.
• Annual client file reviews and monthly counterparty meetings.
