Job summary

Carta is seeking a detail-driven KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance to join our London-based team. You will own the KYC request lifecycle, act as the client’s compliance guide, and ensure documentation meets AML/KYC standards across international frameworks.

You’ll work in a high-volume, client-facing environment with evolving regulations, maintain airtight records in Carta’s systems, and stay ahead of regulatory changes to keep our compliance posture up to date.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of regulatory experience.
• Knowledge of global KYC and AML frameworks.
• AML/KYC certifications (ICA, ACAMS) are a plus but not required.
