Job summary

Carta is seeking a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance in London. You will own the inbound KYC request lifecycle, guide clients on global KYC requirements, and ensure documentation meets AML standards. You’ll maintain audit trails and adapt to regulatory changes to protect our compliance posture.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of regulatory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders. ICA/ACAMS credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented under pressure with high-volume requests.
• Confident in KYC conversations with stakeholders.
• 1–2+ years of regulatory experience in KYC/AML.
• AML/KYC certifications (ICA, ACAMS) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle, processing inbound inquiries and delivering timely responses.
• Serve as the client-facing compliance guide for global KYC requirements.
• Review and validate KYC docs for AML/KYC compliance and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records in Carta systems for audit trails.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regs and update practices accordingly.
