Job summary

Carta in London is seeking a detail‑oriented KYC Analyst to own the inbound KYC request lifecycle, from intake to timely resolution, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will be the client’s compliance guide, answering questions on global KYC requirements so transactions can move forward.

You’ll review documentation for AML/KYC compliance, keep airtight records in Carta’s systems, and monitor evolving regulations to keep our posture ahead of changes.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of regulatory experience in KYC/AML.
• Solid understanding of global KYC/AML frameworks and how they apply to private markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and counterparties.
• Experience handling complex legal entities and onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle from intake to timely resolution.
• Serve as the client’s compliance guide for global KYC requirements.
• Uphold the regulatory bar by reviewing documentation for AML/KYC compliance.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all KYC requests for audit trails.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations and apply changes to daily work.
