You will translate behavioural science into practical, scalable digital tools for defence and high-performance settings, leading on project meetings and driving evaluation and design work.

The role offers exposure to both academic and industry environments, with mentoring from university staff and industry partners, plus development opportunities and potential career

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health psychology, behavioural science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of motivation, behaviour change, and digital health intervention design.
• Experience or interest in engagement strategies and adaptive interventions.
• Ability to analyse behavioural, health, or performance data with R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead on meetings and manage own workload to align with project goals.
• Translate behavioural science into practical, scalable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with software and analytics teams to implement interventions.
• Contribute to intervention design, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
