Job summary

HPO Technologies is seeking a KTP Associate in London to lead a high-impact project linking behavioural science with digital health innovation. You will manage your own workload, lead meetings, and translate findings into practical digital tools for real-world impact.

This 36-month role offers a development-focused path with two Ashorne Hill residential trainings and a £2,000 annual personal development budget, in collaboration with Bath University.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Health Psychology, behavioural science, digital health or related field.
• Strong motivation, behaviour change and digital intervention theory knowledge.
• Experience or interest in user engagement strategies and digital health tech.
• Experience analysing behavioural/health data with R or Python.
• Understanding of evaluation methods for digital interventions.
• Ability to communicate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in applying behavioural science in defence/high-performance settings.
• Translate theory into scalable digital solutions with real-world impact.
• Experience with UX/UI principles and user-centred design.
• Experience with real-world implementation of digital health interventions.
• Familiarity with experimentation and analytics in digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KTP project, manage your workload and run meetings to align with expectations.
• Develop intervention designs and engagement strategies in collaboration with teams.
• Analyse data and contribute to evaluation in partnership with software/analytics teams.
• Bridge academia and industry with practical, scalable digital solutions.
