Overview of role:
As a SEN Support Worker for Cillian, you will follow his care plan and assist with all areas of his daily living, including personal care, manual handling, medication, PEG feeding, therapy, and enabling access to activities and the environment. Clear communication is essential due to his visual impairment. You will also monitor and assist with seizures, using protocols and training provided. Shifts include after school, weekends, and waking nights, with flexible scheduling to suit your availability. The rota is provided one month in advance, and the right candidate will be a good fit for Cillian and his team.
