We are excited to announce an upcoming opportunity to support a well-established London-based charity providing care across adult supported living and residential services throughout Central and Greater London.
We are recruiting for skilled and compassionate Support Workers with experience in learning disabilities, dementia, autism, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality person-centred support in residential and supported living settings
Support adults with a range of complex needs including dementia, PMLD, autism, and moderate learning disabilities
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for service users
Deliver care in line with CQC standards and promote independence and dignity at all times
Adhere to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches and training
Shift Patterns:
Day shifts
Waking night shifts
Weekend availability required
Full flexibility preferred
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, dementia, autism, and physical disabilities
Strong understanding of PBS principles and a proactive approach to behavioural support
Mandatory care training certificates (including moving & handling, safeguarding, etc.)
Required Certifications:
Understanding Learning Disability
Autism Awareness
Dementia Awareness
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Mandatory Care Training (in date)
