Qualifikationen

• Experience working with students to promote good behaviour and attendance.
• Understanding growth mindset to develop resilient learners.
• Experience supporting safeguarding and liaising with Local Authority or safeguarding teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of pastoral approaches for students with identified barriers to learning.
• Monitor attendance, behaviour and attainment to support leadership in targeting groups.
• Provide professional guidance on safeguarding to ensure high-quality support for students.
• Identify students with barriers to learning and design targeted support programmes.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage and deploy a team and monitor effectiveness in raising achievement.
• Raise student aspirations and support progress in line with college expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of interventions and safeguarding incidents.
