Job summary

Bridge Learning Campus is seeking a passionate KS1 teacher to join its all-through school community. The role supports a curriculum including White Rose Maths, Opening Worlds, CUSP Science and a bespoke Reading and Writing Curriculum, under Rosenshine's principles of instruction.

You will plan high-quality lessons, foster an inclusive environment, and work with colleagues and families to ensure every child makes excellent progress.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge and high expectations for all pupils.
• Ability to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
• Experience delivering a high-quality curriculum including White Rose Maths, Opening Worlds, CUSP Science and Reading & Writing Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-sequenced lessons based on prior learning.
• Use varied teaching strategies to engage and challenge pupils.
• Develop reading fluency, writing stamina and mathematical reasoning.
• Provide clear explanations, modelling and scaffolding.
