Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a Primary Teacher to join a Year 6 class at a two-form-entry primary school in Cannock. The role is part-time and long-term, starting as soon as possible until December 2026, with Wednesday to Friday work from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.

The successful candidate will plan, assess and mark in line with school policies, deliver engaging lessons and work alongside a Teaching Assistant on working days. ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• QTS required to teach in key stage 2.
• Confidence in leading a classroom.
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess and mark pupils' work in line with the school's policies.
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons for Year 6.
• Collaborate with a Teaching Assistant on working days.
