Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a Primary Teacher to join a Year 5 class at a one-form-entry primary school in Lichfield. This full-time long-term role runs from October 2026 to February 2027, Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 4:30pm, with a Teaching Assistant for support.

ECTs are encouraged to apply, and experienced teachers are welcome. You will plan, assess, and mark according to school policies and deliver engaging lessons while maintaining strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• QTS required or equivalent teaching status.
• Confident in leading a KS2 classroom.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom routines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assess pupil work in line with school policies.
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons.
• Mark pupils' work and provide feedback.
