Smile Education is recruiting an experienced Year 4 teacher for a primary school in Wolverhampton. The role focuses on delivering high-quality Year 4 curriculum lessons and creating a positive, engaging learning environment. You will plan, assess and differentiate to meet pupil needs while maintaining strong behaviour expectations.

The ideal candidate will have UK teaching qualifications, KS2 experience and a passion for helping children reach their potential in an inclusive setting.

Qualificações

• Qualified to teach in the UK
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2
• Experience teaching Year 4 is desirable
• Ability to differentiate learning and adapt
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Year 4 lessons
• Support pupils across all areas of learning and development
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Differentiate lessons to meet individual needs
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and progress
• Support pupils' social and emotional development
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues
• Contribute to assessment and record keeping
• Communicate effectively with parents/carers when required
• Encourage independent learning and resilience
• Identify pupils needing additional support and adapt teaching approaches
• Promote positive behaviour and pride in learning
