Job summary

Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a growing primary school in the WF3 area for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher. This is a full-time role starting as soon as possbile offering a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Key Stage 2 team.

Deliver stimulating and impactful lessons to a Year 3 class and plan, organise and evaluate learning in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in Key Stage 2, Year 3 preferred.
• Commitment to raising standards and pupil development.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Reliable, well organised and team-oriented.
• Proactive and positive approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stimulating and impactful lessons to a Year 3 class.
• Plan, organise and evaluate learning in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Promote a supportive, secure and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
• Liaise with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to enhance pupil attainment and wellbeing.
• Provide inclusive, high-quality teaching tailored to diverse needs and abilities.
