Axcis Education is working with a small primary school in Timperley who are seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join their team. The role on offer is as a SEN teaching assistant in a year 3 class. The responsibilities include setting up activities for the teacher, working with small groups of children, and assisting the teacher throughout the day. Some of the children in the classroom have special educational needs. The school is ideally seeking someone who can follow directions, and be proactive and enthusiastic. While experience is a bonus the school are not seeking this exclusively - they prefer to have someone with a good work ethic and a positive personality. The hours for this role are full time which equates to 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday. The role is to start in September 2024 and is expected to lead to ongoing permanent work.
