Full-time, term-time only
This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver personalised support and maintain a positive learning environment.
Delivering tailored support to meet individual learning and emotional needs
Assisting with classroom tasks, activities, and interventions
Supporting the pupil’s social, emotional, and behavioural development
Monitoring progress and feeding back to teaching staff and parents
Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive environment
Experience in a similar 1:1 or SEN support role
A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine desire to help children succeed
A welcoming and supportive school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
