  • Supporting pupils' social, emotional and behavioural development.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encouraging pupils to develop independence, confidence and positive learning habits.

We are looking for someone who is patient, proactive and passionate about helping children thrive.

Essential requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, children's residential home or a similar setting.
  • Essential experience supporting children with SEND.
  • A caring, flexible and nurturing approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with children and support their individual needs.
Desirable qualifications:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare or an equivalent relevant qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a primary school where you can make a meaningful contribution to pupils' education, inclusion and personal development.

If you have relevant experience, a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs, and are ready to make a difference, we would love to hear from you!
