• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• Experience supporting children with ASD/ADHD.
• Confident supporting pupils’ learning, emotional development and behaviour.
• Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Passionate about making a difference to children’s education and development.
