• Holds a Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Support learning in the classroom under the guidance of teachers.
• Deliver small-group and 1:1 support to pupils as required.
• Assist with planning, assessment and recording of pupil progress.
• Provide pastoral support and assist with pupils’ personal needs and wellbeing.
• Supervise classes for short-term cover when needed.
• Support use of ICT to aid learning and pupil confidence with technology.
