Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills essential for promoting high-quality interactions with children.
• A flexible team player who can support all children, whether individually or in small groups.
• Desirable Level 2/3 childcare/teaching assistant qualification.

Responsibilities

• Work with class teachers to create a safe, stimulating learning environment and help a child meet personalised targets.
• Support midday duties and contribute to continuity of care during lunch breaks.
