i-teachers are currently working with a fantastic primary and pre-school located in the Stockport area of Greater Manchester. The Senior leadership team are eager to add a dedicated, hard-working and confident KS2 Teaching Assistant to their learning support department in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

In this role, the successful candidate will be required to provide 1:1 support to a child based both inside and outside of the classroom environment utilising an Education Health Care Plan.

KS2 Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

• Based in a warm and welcoming primary & pre-school
• Located in Stockport, South Manchester
• Paid £95 per day during term time
• Online CPD courses included: SEN, Safeguarding & Behaviour
• Monday to Friday role with usual school working hours
• January 2025 to July 2025 – interviewing ASAP!

KS2 Teaching Assistant – Role Requirements:

• Minimum 2:2 UK based degree / TA Level 2 qualification
• Prior experience using Read, Write Inc. & experience supporting children with SEN
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about the development of children
• Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
