Job summary

Class Act is recruiting KS2 teachers to support primary schools in Didcot and surrounding areas, delivering engaging lessons and building positive relationships.

Opportunities range from short-term to long-term with weekly PAYE payments and safeguarding compliance. You will work across different schools and year groups, adapting to each setting.

Qualifications

KS2 Teacher – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately

These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings. You’ll be supporting schools in Didcot and the surrounding areas, teaching Key Stage 2 pupils across a range of subjects.

Duties as KS2 Teacher:
  • Deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum following provided plans
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Assess and record pupil progress where required
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners

Ideal KS2 Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Adaptable and confident working across different schools and year groups
