Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Year 4/Year 5 teacher to cover across Year 4 with leadership duties in a Walmley school. The role includes Monday, Wednesday and Thursday coverage for Year 4, Friday for Year 5, and Tuesday leadership responsibilities to support school-wide management.

Ideal candidates will be a Qualified Teacher with KS2 experience, and a highly organised, flexible, collaborative practitioner who can build strong relationships with colleagues and quickly establish positive learning

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and have KS2 experience.
• Leadership capability desirable.
• Strong collaboration and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach and manage classes to promote progression.
• Deliver lessons across Year 4 and Year 5 as required.
• Collaborate with Year 4/Year 5 teams to ensure continuity.
