Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS and KS2 experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across KS2 teams.
• Flexible, well-organised practitioner with strong planning.

Responsibilities

• Planning, Teaching and Class Management.
• Teach allocated pupils by planning their teaching to achieve progression of learning.
• Identify SEN or very able pupils and tailor tasks accordingly.
• Provide structured lessons with pace, motivation and challenge.
• Maintain discipline in line with school policies and prep pupils for assessments.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to suit content and learners.
• Ensure effective deployment of classroom support and resources.
